After conducting a daily search of either on the lot or in-transit of incoming 2022 Chevrolet Blazer's (3LT in the color black), I was finally able to locate one at Jeff Belzer's Lakeville Chevrolet. This in-transit of incoming 2022 Chevrolet Blazer's (3LT in the color black), I was finally able to locate one at Jeff Belzer's Lakeville Chevrolet. This brings up a few suggestions I'd like to offer to the dealership. #1 - I know it was late when the vehicle was ready to be released to me, but I did not really appreciate getting all the details of the new vehicle while it was parked outside with limited lighting with the engine running. I'd like the dealership to consider leaving the vehicle parked inside especially when the weather is freezing outside. Personally, I would have liked the opportunity to do a walk around, having the dealership employee open the hood, etc. #2 - I was promised the salesperson would call GM Rewards to have what points I had earned from the purchase of the vehicle to include the points from the extended vehicle warranty put in my account. This was not done; I had to do it myself. The reward points came to $130 towards oil changes and accessories. #3 - The salesperson never followed up with a phone call or email thanking me for giving him and the dealership the business. I will forget these minor dealership shortcomings if they promise they will hand wash my vehicle the next time I bring it in for the first oil change. More
