Horrible experience, horrible jeep, and horrible service. Purchased it in September, few days later it overheated and the engine light came on. I took it back and they said there was nothing wrong and insist Purchased it in September, few days later it overheated and the engine light came on. I took it back and they said there was nothing wrong and insisted I took it home. Few days later it’s overheating again. Had to have it towed in which they did not pay for not to mention I live an hour away. They still said nothing was wrong and tried to get me to take it home again. I refused to take it home since obviously something was definitely wrong, after 2 weeks of having it they finally said it needed a motor. They said they didn’t have a loaner for me to drive at the time so I had to pay and rent my own car until they got one in. That took 2 weeks. Once I got the loaner it was in horrible shape and definitely not safe with brake issues. Two months I finally got it. I had only driven it for one week total. So that was November 2nd, yesterday it broke down on me with several lights on. I took it to my local garage and had it repaired so I didnt have to go there again and them keep it forever. Now today 2 lights came on and here we are. 5 months and 4 different visits for repairs. Not dependable at all. I will never buy there again and would not recommend them to anyone. More

I found a vehicle I wished to purchase on line. I asked Tyler McMillen to please provide theier best price. I was quoted the full online price. Shameful dealership looking to rip “unkowing” customers off. Well I am not that person. Sales manager Donnie got mad and hung up on me because I had access to the same websites as him. When he offered $60 off. Well I am not that person. Sales manager Donnie got mad and hung up on me because I had access to the same websites as him. When he offered $6000 ($10,000 minimum rough trade) for a $15000 retail car that only needs tires you could see my shock. Once confronted with the news that I had the same information as dealerships he became emotional and loud. He wouldn’t let me speak and hung up on me. This place is clearly crooked if this is your sales manager. Buyer beware. Pawn shop operation here. More
