I bought a Mach-e in January 2025, and I am still waiting on my Ford Promise Charger. I was told Donald Graham is the only person that knows how request my charger. He would not answer the phone or my emails on my Ford Promise Charger. I was told Donald Graham is the only person that knows how request my charger. He would not answer the phone or my emails for 6 months. I had to drive up there to tell him that Ford EV Support has been trying to reach him for 2 months to tell him how to fix my issue.
