Overall it was a decent experience buying a truck unseen. I’m from Texas and Chris helped me with getting the information I needed and also helped me with the purchase of the truck. My only issue is a coup I’m from Texas and Chris helped me with getting the information I needed and also helped me with the purchase of the truck. My only issue is a couple of items were not disclosed to me about the truck. The multiple scratches on the hood and the interior leather dash trim pulling up. The drivers side door also arrived making a popping sound when it’s opened or closed. Did not hear that on the video I received. More

If you are looking for a good honest dealer this is not the dealer. I bought a used truck for 30k they agreed to fix the oil leak for me to buy it then they tried back tracking and talking down to me becau the dealer. I bought a used truck for 30k they agreed to fix the oil leak for me to buy it then they tried back tracking and talking down to me because it was a used truck. I told them if they didn’t fix oil leak I just wouldn’t buy it no harm no foul . Well they supposedly fixed the oil leak. Then 2 weeks later the truck leaked oil. Terrible for calling back you’ll never get a hold of any manager , they will never call you back. Stay away from. You’ve been warned. More

That would be nice if your GM would call people back and not tell them that if they want to talk to him they need to come in. The communication is terrible after the sale. Your dealer is the definition of used car salesman. I have never been left feeling like I just made the worst purchase ever.

Efforts? What efforts? Your Gm literally snatched a piece of paper off the front desk and began on a tantrum. He lied and said I signed a tea stock fee acknowledgement which he could never produce.after I made several trips there and time spent I was greeted with anger and be littled for buying a used truck. Then I left the vehicle to get fixed Ave the service departed could not fix it. This truck was at your dealership does 2 weeks after purchase. Don’t get it conflicted I gave you guys ever opportunity to make it right.
