I’m met with people who appear to absolutely hate their jobs. Alex was pleasant to deal with, but I did not initially deal with him today. My engine light came on this weekend, so I took it in early Monday morning (Today). I was told people with appointments will take priority, which I understand. They took my vehicle in, indicated the light was from a stored code and there was nothing wrong with my vehicle. Later today, the light came back on. I tried to make an appointment, but the website for appointments is down. I called and the call taker sounded like I was interrupting her time at the desk. She was unable to make an appointment for me and said if the website is down, there’s nothing she can do for me. I’ll just keep reporting back and rating my experiences until things change. I’m very disappointed and pretty frustrated!

To be honest I should have reviewed this place a long
time ago when they sold us a vehicle that had just awful brakes….I didn’t though as they took that pile back and we went on our way. As far as recent

As far as recent transactions with this dealership, well let’s just get to it. I feel bad for the two sales people that actually tried to make deals just for their managers to sit around and not ever respond until today. Two weeks ago we tried to take this dealership up on a deal with a Tungsten, they told us it was marked down 15k and all this nonsense but at the end of the day you will be financed at a higher rate. Took them 47 mins to get a rate of 11.99 percent, so we called the bank and they said they would do 6.29 apr so the dealership said never mind you don’t get the incentives then if you bring in your own finance. Wow isn’t that something else it’s no wonder they have a sub 4 star rating on google and on other reviewing sites they average 2.5 stars. So we didn’t take that offer obviously. Then today they listed the last day of the month deal on a RHO, 12,677 dollars off sticker plus a bunch of incentives, that’s a deal so let’s go in and see. Well the truck is supposedly sold and they have another RHO which is a lesser package for more money. Doesn’t make sense at all but we are working numbers until they tell us the payment. They wouldn’t tell us the rate at all and then tell us to lease it, then we wait 25 mins to be told it can’t be leased. We tell them no thanks as we priced other RHOs out at their own family dealerships and it was cheaper by a good amount and it made no sense to pay more for less. I then call their own family dealership that asks what the numbers are as we have bought vehicles from them and they will look at the numbers. Mind you they just gave us a rate on Sunday at 6 percent for their RHO. An hour later after talking to their own manufacturer bank and after talking to the manager of another store it comes to find out they start the apr at 13 percent. Wow that’s impressive. So Ram says 3.99 to 4.99 apr and you pay a point to finance in house so 5.99 percent for a RHO directly from Ram. They try to sell us a rate 7 points above for a difference of nearly 350 dollars more a month. That’s just flat terrible….maybe this review will actually get us the truck we desire or maybe not but this is exactly what was presented and exactly the reason this will sit for over 100 days. Also in the beginning I said the other RHO they had discounted didn’t sell at all and a few hours later they took all the savings away….screen shot everything and took pictures of everything….

There is zero reason to reach out as things may have changed if someone, anyone, got up and actually handled customer care here. Unfortunately yall don’t believe in that but decide to just sit back as customers leave that have bought from yall. Lesson learned as we will never buy another vehicle from you. Lucky we have friends at another dealership in the area that is getting us what we want and for the actual price and Apr that Ram offers. There will be no repeat buying from us ever from this place or any of your family dealerships.

Read all kinds of reviews online after I made my purchase on the Ram. Everything from love my new truck to…. My new Ram is a piece of “beep”
Or I bought a lemon. As I stated on the review, All staff and associates get 5 stars. You guys didn’t build the truck personally so my frustration of sluggish, hesitation or as I was told at your dealership… it like pulls back & fourth then at certain speed it’s smooth. I said YES exactly!
To be told “Nothing wrong with truck” It sucks I know but that’s just the way the truck does.
Not what a customer wants to hear. So I keep it parked at my home during the week to save miles on it and drive my wife’s car to and from work until I can get enough money to put down because of negative equity now. Then I trade it and get a new GMC.
