New 2015 Toyota Sienna First let me start the main reason we bought our new car at this dealership is because the of the service that we received over the last 10 years from First let me start the main reason we bought our new car at this dealership is because the of the service that we received over the last 10 years from Donna Skaggs. How many people have their 2004 with 170,000 miles minivan serviced at a dealership? Not many but we did because of Donna's personal and great service. So when my wife decided on another minivan, she said we have to buy a Toyota because she loves Donna and that is why we came back to this dealership. Our Salesman was Corry Morris who was wonderful and was a straight shooter and a man of his word. He gave us everything he promised and more. He was a perfect gentleman and kept me updated thru the whole process and all he wanted to do is make both me and my wife happy and he did. I will be referring him customers in the future. More

Oxmoor hung on there to resolve my problem Had a warning light issue related to my brakes. It took four tries to resolve the issue but you got Toyota involved and resolved it. Donna was wonderful, kept me informed, got me a loaner when needed, and would not let go til we got it resolved. I walked away with a new battery, courtesy of Toyota, along with the problem resolved. I gave feedback on your service at week two, which was not totally positive, so wanted to be sure that I got a chance to follow up with you and let you know how the problem was resolved on my 2012 Camry Hybrid. 2014 Toyota Highlander at Oxmoor Toyota - Best Purchase Ever I had been a very satisfied service customer of Oxmoor Toyota for many years, with my 2006 Toyota Camry. When I asked my service advisor Donna Skaggs I had been a very satisfied service customer of Oxmoor Toyota for many years, with my 2006 Toyota Camry. When I asked my service advisor Donna Skaggs for a referral to talk about a new 2014 Toyota Highlander, I was pleased to meet Tyrone Cottrell and his assistant Tyrell Means. Tyrone coordinated an exceptional car-buying experience. Tyrone and Tyrell Means provided excellent, efficient, professional service in helping me finalize a purchase decision for the new 2014 Highlander Limited. It had all the features I was looking for, plus more. I was already sold on Toyota and the Highlander. I told them what kind of purchase and trade-in deal I was looking for, and Tyrone worked with management and other staff to help make it happen at Oxmoor. As a new retiree, I look forward to enjoying my "best purchase ever" 2014 Highlander Limited for many years to come. I know I can count on Oxmoor Toyota to provide professional services and support. I came in today because I needed to have my 2000 Avalon serviced. Unfortunately, my 2000 Avalon needed to be traded in due to the amount of service that would need to be done to it. Donna Skaggs handled this wonderfully and in a very professional manner, as she has all of my other issues in the past. She introduced me to Tyrone Cottrell, I admit at first, I was skeptical of used car salesmen and I did not want to believe anything they said. I pride myself in being able to see through B.S. He not only worked on my behalf to find me an awesome car, but he found me the perfect car for me and managed to get me a good deal on it, an easily manageable deal at that. I wish everyone had experiences as awesome as this. I drove my car away in confidence today, I was not expecting that all. I would recommend this dealership/shop to anyone. Especially Donna and Tyrone, if there was ever a bar for awesome and transparent customer service, they definitely have moved that bar up one notch on the rung. More

Miss Donna goes out of her way to help me every single time I've ever been in need of anything with my RAV4 or other vehicles. Can't really say enough good things about her and all she does to be service time I've ever been in need of anything with my RAV4 or other vehicles. Can't really say enough good things about her and all she does to be service oriented. She was the 1st person that came to mind when I needed to buy a used car. She put me in touch with James who searched long and hard to find me what I wanted in my price range. He kept calling me to check in and give me car updates... He's from Wisconsin so he has to be a good guy :) He called me to come look at the corolla when that came available. James was with another client when I arrived so he introduced me to Cory. Cory was great too!!! He went out of his way to offer me excellent service (filled the car with gas before the test drive), offered to get me coffee and completed the financing for me so I didn't have to wait!!! The manager there is always very friendly and makes you want to come back. These are the types of things that make you confident with giving them referrals and sending them more business. More

I cannot say enough good things about Donna. I have been working with her for a few years and it is so nice to have a person who I see so seldomly know me by name whenever I walk in. She is always accommoda working with her for a few years and it is so nice to have a person who I see so seldomly know me by name whenever I walk in. She is always accommodating on getting my car in, provides me helpful feedback on what my car might need during each visit and makes sure that it stays in perfect shape so that I can keep driving my Sequoia. But the most important thing is that she is always smiling. While she is a great Oxmoor Toyota representative, she is more importantly a wonderful person and I won't take my car to anyone else as long as she's there. More

Was in from Viginia Beach and check engine light came on. Brought car in to have it checked. Donna helped me to diagnose the problem(loose gas cap). I am giving kudos to Donna Skaggs who keeps me coming back to Oxmoor Toyota for service. She is willing to fit me in for service even though I have a tight schedule. She tells me exactly what the problem back to Oxmoor Toyota for service. She is willing to fit me in for service even though I have a tight schedule. She tells me exactly what the problems are with my car and what the mechanics are saying they can do about it. I always wait for my car because Oxmoor Toyota provides a very comfortable space to wait and do computer and paper work I need to catch up on. Donna drops by and keeps me updated on what progress is being made. I never wait too long and there are times that I wish they would take their time so I can get more paper work done. About 9 years ago I had a different Camry and went to a different dealership for service and I really liked them. When I bought my Solara convertible from Oxmoor I thought I would try them for service and happened to get Donna as my technician. We just clicked and even though we have very friendly and fun conversations, Donna is one of the most professional people I have encountered. I will continue to visit Oxmoor because I know I can trust Donna to tell me exactly what the problems are with my car. Thanks Donna!!! More

I have been bringing my Toyotas to Oxmoor Toyota since 2007 for service. Donna Skaggs has been my Service Manager on most occasions. She has always been friendly, attentive and knowledgeable about maintenance. I recently brought my 2011 Camry Hybrid and 2009 Prius in for regular maintenance after scheduling appointments on line. Even though Donna knew what I wanted done from the on line questionnaire, she sought me out in the waiting area and made sure that she knew exactly what I wanted. After the service, she explained what had been done and went through the billing with me before taking me to the cashier. I have worked with Donna almost exclusively over the last six years and have never been disappointed. She is a nice lady who goes the extra mile to ensure that the customer is satisfied.
