Then Donna and I sat down to purchase my 6th BMW from Braman . She is professional and very friendly and caring . Donna explained every single detail of the car and showed me all the features . It was an education very much appreciated. My new car is a pleasure to drive and is everything I hoped for and more . I special ordered it tailor made to my specifications with Donna's help . Braman Motorcars is to be commended for having such a well-informed female sales advisor; sadly they are scarce in today's automotive knowledgeable. Braman Motorcars is to be commended for having such a well-informed female sales advisor; sadly they are scarce in today's automotive market place. Donna's familiarity with the BMW X3, it's design and engineering made the entire experience at Braman a pleasure. In just over two hours, we test drove the model and I had all the my questions and concerns completely answered to my satisfaction. We were able to select the options and price the new vehicle for a three year lease program. Obviously, any one who has owned a BMW knows of the excellent engineering and handling - from a tight turning radius to spunky acceleration to the design and safety features, the X3 offers a unique driving experience at a reasonable cost. My current SUV is a Cadillac SRX and it will be such a joy to be rid of that mammoth slug and once again return to the enjoyable driving experience of a BMW. Donna followed up our initial meeting with both a thank you personal message and the necessary and appropriate information regarding the expected delivery date for my new BMW. I appreciated Donna's attitude, enthusiasm for the product and understanding of the buying/selling process. Donna is a pro in every way. She is respectful, thorough, knowledgeable and insightful. She very quickly assessed what I wanted to know and didn’t care to know about the vehicles. Where I wanted information, primarily in areas of safety and performance, her technical expertise was extremely impressive. She presented information in clear ways and did not patronize me. Some male sales people assume I have no knowledge in certain areas, and Donna was insightful enough to figure out where I did and didn’t have that knowledge. All the way up to the delivery and beyond, she went out of her way to make sure I understood everything I needed to know, and to make it very clear that she will continue to be there to provide information and assistance any time I wish/need it in the future. She was just great! I would recommend her to men as well, because she would be able to handle anything they’d throw at her as well. More
