Donna is great! This is my 4th BMW and is the best client advisor that I have ever worked with. She was very professional, friendly, and had great product knowledge. I came into Braman BMW to trade my 2011 BMW X3 for the new 2012 BMW 3 series. My salesperson was Donna Shankman and all I can say is WOW. Mrs. Shankman was so kind, patient and very knowledgeable with the new 2012 BMW 3 series. My salesperson was Donna Shankman and all I can say is WOW. Mrs. Shankman was so kind, patient and very knowledgeable with the entire BMW product line. I've purchased cars in the past and none of my past car buying experiences come any where close to the experience I had with Donna. In my honest opinion, Donna should be in charge of training all the client advisors for all BMW dealerships in the USA. I've already referred Mrs, Shankman to all my friends and family. She is very knowledgeable and honest about the process which I appreciated very much. Even though the car we leased was special ordered, Donna kept in constant contact along the way until the day of delivery. Upon receiving the car for my son, Donna went above and beyond good service by displaying the car In the showroom with a huge red bow and a congratulations sign! Loved that!
