I was told the service would only take 1. 5 hours. After being there for 3 hours I went to the service department to inquire if it was almost ready and was then told it takes at least half a d 5 hours. I had another appointment to get to so I had to call my husband to leave work and come pick me up. Then had to make another trip later to pick the car up. More

Brand new vehicle blew up on interstate and caught fire. Was at this dealer for 4 months before they fixed. Did not receive a loner till last week. 4 days after picking up engine light is on with a fuel sys Was at this dealer for 4 months before they fixed. Did not receive a loner till last week. 4 days after picking up engine light is on with a fuel system issue. They did not fix nor will Ford buy the vehicle back. Very bad company. No, I will not adjust my review. They haven't fixed the problem nor have they offered a solution nor do I have a vehicle to drive. More

Bought a used truck recently, the sales team was great and easy to work with. I have had several vehicles through the service department there. The service manager David Sparkman and service advisor Raque and easy to work with. I have had several vehicles through the service department there. The service manager David Sparkman and service advisor Raquel have always taken care of my vehicles and gotten me out at a timely manner. Look forward to future services and purchases here!! More
