I really wish I had gone to a real body shop. The dealership held my car hostage for over a month! No loaner provided. Zero communication. I would call to beg for my car back and no one ever returned dealership held my car hostage for over a month! No loaner provided. Zero communication. I would call to beg for my car back and no one ever returned my messages. I was finally promised my car back and they then took 4 more business days to give it back. I plan on turning in my lease and going to Toyota. I will NEVER deal with Honda again, especially this Honda dealership. I am so angry and Olán on telling everyone I see how horribly I was treated. I also plan on leaving this negative review on as many sites as possible. More

Bad customer service Went to get an oil change and waited almost 3 hours and when I finally asked about my car, I was told by a female rep that she had been calling me. I Went to get an oil change and waited almost 3 hours and when I finally asked about my car, I was told by a female rep that she had been calling me. I had not received a call and no one bothered to get off their xxx and come to the waiting room. Only to find out that she had been calling the wrong number and didn't even bother to check the invoice, after all @ some point prior to me being there, I did purchase a car. The icing on top was when I got ready to pay instead of expediting me to the front of the line to pay she looked @ me like I was crazy as to why would I even ask. For my trouble the manager gave me a free oil change to which I can't say I'm enthusiastic about using, seeing that I came from Pompano beach to Weston. My experience with Rick Case honda is they're all smiles and would do anything for you until you make a purchase and then you see that Rick Case Honda dont give a xxxx ABOUT YOU.........I can't believe that no one @ this business is thinking about retention.....like you know ....one day I will buy another car...... More
