They were friendly, helpful and went above and beyond when a warranty issue required next day arrival of the needed part. We bought our 2024 Ascent from Sunset knowing that they had repaired hail damage. Before we took delivery they discovered that the hail had damage the glass of the sunroof and replaced the glass. I probably would not have known about the sunroof damage until much later. That kind of thoroughness and honesty is quite remarkable. I have bought a few new vehicles in the past but I have never had such great service.d More

I have been to Sunset Hills Subaru 3 times this month for different reasons and all 3 were best handled by "walking in" without an appointment because when I tried making an appointment online I was unable t different reasons and all 3 were best handled by "walking in" without an appointment because when I tried making an appointment online I was unable to complete the process. All 3 times took less than estimated time. (These included #1.-4 new tires, 2. replace fog light bulb and 3. Missouri state inspection) I always enjoy the Praline coffee while I wait. I appreciate all of the service crew, especially Jeff, Donavan, and James and find the texting of progress to be very efficient communication.
