Donald started in the automotive industry in September, 2002 when he started at Koons. He started here after he retired from Exxon Mobil in 2000 after a 37 year career. He's proud to have started at Mobil in 1963 as the first of his race hired in engineering. He has his masters degree in math and engineering- he even taught math at Lamar University from 1965-1974. He's a sports enthusiast, though he retired from slow pitch softball and bowling 8 years ago. He is married, has two children and two grandchildren.

The staff was always friendly and helpful. I never felt any pressure during the whole process. Cristian, our sales contact, was easy to get a hold of and knowledgeable. I have purchased 4 Chrysler Town & Country Vans from Koons of Tysons. My last two from Salesman Don Ricketts and have just referred one of ny best friends to him as well. I think that says it all. I have sent several people to them over the years. The General manager Tom Higgans was extremely helpful and followed up to make sure everything went smoothly. Don Ricketts had me in and out of there with my new 2013 Town & Country in fairly short order. Jimmy Collier in finance was the best and truly helped me get the best rate.
