EXCELLENT AND VERY EFFECIENT I BROUGHT MY FORD RANGER IN DUE TO A RECALL NOTICE. IT STARTED WITH A MANAGER IN CHARGE WITH RECALL ISSUES. ASSURED ME THEY COULD FIX THE PROBLEM, AN I BROUGHT MY FORD RANGER IN DUE TO A RECALL NOTICE. IT STARTED WITH A MANAGER IN CHARGE WITH RECALL ISSUES. ASSURED ME THEY COULD FIX THE PROBLEM, AN APPOINTMENT WAS SET. ON THAT DAY I WAS TREATED WITH RESPECT AND FRIENDLY ADDITUDE FROM START TO FINISH IT WAS A GREAT EXPERIENCE. I WILL BE BACK AGAIN More

PARTS & SERVICE On visit #1, the technician surveyed the problem and got me to PARTS to get the part ordered. The part came in on time as promised and we got a servic On visit #1, the technician surveyed the problem and got me to PARTS to get the part ordered. The part came in on time as promised and we got a service date scheduled. On visit #2, I had an appointment time set, the got me out and in in very good time with great service. Great service Dropped my car off because the seat would not move forward or back. The mechanic tracked down the TSB and ordered the parts. I was contacted and kept up to date. Dan the courtesy shuttle driver was a pleasure to talk to from and to the dealership. More
