Don, the sales representative, was just great. He is very respectful, worked so hard to get me the best deal, always follows up with me, and made sure that I was completely satisfied. I have been leasing cars since i started in my industry in 1982, and I have never gotten the same manufacturer of a vehicle twice in a row, let alone gone to the same dealership twice in a row. So since this is my third straight time here, I think that says a ton about James and Don. I strongly recommend both of them. You will be so happy to work with them!!!!!! More

What was discussed on phone and email was what was delivered. From Gwendolyn G. to Don Yu, and James Gerrard, it was clock work and cake walk. Gwendolyn G. is definitely a strong spokesperson for Suburban Toyota, and I doubt if nobody will not be convinced and assured by her to by from Suburban Toyota. Don was great, and didn't waste our time at all. He knew what he was doing, and with James' support and expertise, all was delivered as discussed and agreed, and we took our Sienna home with joy. I don't think all car dealerships can guarantee this experience. Thank you Suburban Toyota.
