I was pleased that Mr. Cantrell was kind enough to see that I received the benefit of the dealerships veteran's discount. However, when I reviewed the service department's Cantrell was kind enough to see that I received the benefit of the dealerships veteran's discount. However, when I reviewed the service department's recommendations, I was surprised to see items that had be serviced only month ago. They also informed me that the duplicate key would have only cost me $165.00 instead of $360.00 had I have used a lock and key business. Over the past several years I have purchased Three (3) new Camary's and leased a Tacoma from Jim Norton Toyota of Tulsa. As a loyal customer I feel that I can no longer trust your company to treat me fairly. More
