The staff at Mercedes from parts to the service manager are excellent people. Don in Service is the best and has always been extremely helpful and courteous. Can’t thank him enough. I am always satisfied with the Mercedes service it's great! I forgot a detailed to mentioned, one of my tail light was out and I kept getting the error on my error display, it was my fault, I forgo great! I forgot a detailed to mentioned, one of my tail light was out and I kept getting the error on my error display, it was my fault, I forgot, for not mentioning it. HOWEVER, I would expect the people in the floor to check the error message before or after the car is received, thus if a customer forget a detailed, it is flag and fix. I was disappointed leaving the service shop And after a couple minutes I noticed the error message my tail lamp is out. Is the error message checked before a car is complete and return to customer? Again, it was my bad for no mentioned that. More
