I have been having Crown Buick/GMC service my vehicles for the past eight years and have always found this agency has the best and friendliness employees, whether in sales or service. My previous service for the past eight years and have always found this agency has the best and friendliness employees, whether in sales or service. My previous service advisor unfortunately had to leave because of an illness. Yesterday. I was assigned a new service advisor named Lexi Sarang, Lexi had previously been employed by Crown and I was shocked to hear her call me by my last name since she didn't know I was going to be assigned to her. I asked her how she knew my name and she told me that she remembered me from when she worked there before. Lexi was very polite, courteous and helpful for what I needed done to my vehicle. Crown Buick/GMC is fortunate to have an outstanding employee like her. More

I had scheduled an appt. to come in for my car to have it's oil changed, and normal checkup. When I arrived, the porter - Don Olsen - saw me right away and welcomed me as usual. I also noted to the s it's oil changed, and normal checkup. When I arrived, the porter - Don Olsen - saw me right away and welcomed me as usual. I also noted to the service advisor, Greg Berry, that my A/C was "cool" but not "COLD", and to take a look at that. I actually waited this time, instead of being brought home, and enjoyed watching your TV, talking to some of the others waiting, various employees (and I believe Bill Hevel the manager too), passed by and said hello, and I also walked around your adjoining showroom at the cars you had on display. Greg noted that my A/C was low on Freon, and that they found a leak, and that they can fix it while I waited -- no extra time needed. Now, my A/C is really "COLD" again, just in time for the cooler weather to start. I appreciated Greg keeping me up to date, while I waited, and as usual, Doris Smith, had everything ready for me to sign/pay, so I was on my way. Keep up the great work, and a beautiful clean waiting area & showroom too. Thanks much! More

I came in yesterday, July 21, 2021, to get some air in my tires as OnStar said they were all low. Don put air in my tires and he was very nice and helpful. I then went inside to speak with John Grundon a tires as OnStar said they were all low. Don put air in my tires and he was very nice and helpful. I then went inside to speak with John Grundon about my required service of Oil change, etc. He was so nice and very helpful. I made an appointment to come back in the afternoon at 3:00. All went well as John explained everything necessary and needed. I waited for my car as they serviced it. The wait was much less than I expected, which was great. My car was washed also, which was a real treat for me. John was so kind with explaining everything. He answered all my questions without hesitation. I appreciated that very much. He helped me on my prior visit for service and he was equally kind and caring, which is why I went to him yesterday for my service. More
