I had my car serviced (oil change and tire rotation) on November 2nd and was told my brake pads were both at 5mm and wouldn’t need to be replaced for at least another few months. Today (11/29), my brakes s November 2nd and was told my brake pads were both at 5mm and wouldn’t need to be replaced for at least another few months. Today (11/29), my brakes started grinding, so I took my car to Pep Boys only to find that my brake pads were both at 2 and 3 mm. I find it hard to believe that in less than a month I shaved off over 2 mm, and I believe I was deceived by the mechanics in order to rack up a higher eventual cost of repair. I spent $488 at Pep Boys to replace both front brake pads, both front rotors (those were also destroyed and no note was made on my service documentation from Hyundai), and get new brake fluid. At the Hyundai dealership, I was quoted $475. I am so disappointed with the service I received, and if I had known my pads were this bad I could’ve gotten my brake pads replaced sooner without damaging the rotors. However, I’m sure the goal was for me to take it back to them when the rotors and pads wore out so they could charge me extra for their gross negligence and deception. SO scummy. More
Beware of dealer’s tactics to get you into the dealer. I approached the dealer via text/email and established a preliminary deal before making the drive. The manager informed us that the price was significantly higher than quoted. Dealer prided itself for being small and able to pass on savings, which obviously is not the case. Took my business elsewhere. More
Michael Kerr was really great throughout the car buying process as we weren't ready to buy the car immediately. We explored other dealerships but he was the most honest and transparent and gave us the best process as we weren't ready to buy the car immediately. When we were ready to buy, he sold us the car the very next day. 10/10! More

If you can avoid having your car serviced here, do it. I made an appointment to deal with a recall notice, but was told only after I got there that they did not have the necessary parts. I asked when they would come in, telling them I planned to drive the car on vacation the next week, and was told it would be a week, did I want to leave my car!! I've never encountered customer service like this -- except during my prior visits to Glendale Hyundai. (During the worst of the pandemic, when masks were mandatory, only one person in the service department was wearing a mask, covering her mouth but not her nose.) More
As of July 11, 2022 the Service Department has been shut down. Allegedly, there has been a sale of the dealership and "it's been crazy here". For the ICONIQ 5 the person I spoke with was able to provide some information on the ICONIQ 5 inventory they had that was not already under contract. I felt like he was interested in putting me in my place and that it was important I fear losing the car to work with him. When I thanked him for being generous with his time, he hung up on me. More
