Experience was ok. Sales person had 3 other deals going didn't really spend any time with us or the car, not a big deal I was firmilar with the vehicle. Basically I showed up , he handed me the keys and th didn't really spend any time with us or the car, not a big deal I was firmilar with the vehicle. Basically I showed up , he handed me the keys and then waited for financing. Didn't offer drinks or anything . Car also had half tank of gas thought it would have been nice to get a full tank. Car was pretty clean but not alot of attention to detail. Wheels are dirty in the corners, windows smudged. Not deal breakers but would have made the experience better. Car was priced right but other than the experience was fair at best. More

New car back for 3 items to be installed and reviwed I recently bought a new 2019 Jetta from Westside, as I had gotten my others from them and was very pleased with the deal and service plus the customer I recently bought a new 2019 Jetta from Westside, as I had gotten my others from them and was very pleased with the deal and service plus the customer professionalism of the staff. Things have changed in 2 years. I needed 3 things to be done on my new car. 1) install the heated seats (wasn’t done, need to go back) 2) my “Change oil light” on dash came on, needed to be reset. ( wasn’t done, need to go back) 3) install my new car plates. (Completed) They knew the car needed to be sent out for the install of the seats that should have been arranged prior to me coming out, it wasn’t. I made arrangements 1+ weeks prior to this appointment to have a loaner and I thought it was all prearranged surprise to me. So I’m on hold as to when this will finally be completed. The service person that I was handed to was less than personable, he never greeted me or introduced himself, in fact he “never” looked up from his computer. I don’t know if he was working on my order or somebody’s else’s. So am I a pleased or happy returning customer? No I’m not. I’m hoping they don’t forget about install agreement and will be contacting me soon. I’ll update this review later once things are really installed and fixed. More
