Great work again. We have again returned to Fred Anderson Toyota for another visit. We bought my wife's 4runner back in Sept, and worked with Blake and Don then. On beh We have again returned to Fred Anderson Toyota for another visit. We bought my wife's 4runner back in Sept, and worked with Blake and Don then. On behalf of our family, 1 friend and my purchase this pass week makes #5 in 7 months. All have dealt with Blake and have been very pleased. We have found a car dealer we can trust and work with. We will continue to send people here as long as these 2 individuals work here. Before we met Blake with dealt with another local car dealer and had sales person we trusted with finding and helping us with everything we needed. We didn't even shop around, he left and put us back on the search for another trust sales person. These are rare to find these days. We met Blake and his product knowledge, kindness and willingness to help with any question or concerns we had. When it comes to manager, Don is the best. Only at Fred Anderson have we been able to communicate with both the sales and management division, in such great manner. Don was able to work on and helps with any issues we had when trying to seal up the deal. Don's knowledge, committment and down to earth personality makes him easy to work with before and after the sale. Thanks for everything, y'all have earned our business. -TJ Axson More

Turned out it was not that time consuming and they gave us the deal we asked for. All the staff was courteous and we got a fair deal. Our salesman was low pressure and knowledgeable. We were going to buy outright but the 0% financing was just too convenient. The finance portion was short and easy. I felt they wanted my business from my first contact via the internet when Danny responded on a day they were closed and on his day off! I thought we would have to go out of town for a good deal but not so. More

Found the right dealership! I knew what I wanted when I arrived at dealership. They actually listened. Traded three cars in for the 2014 model I wanted. I had done my research I knew what I wanted when I arrived at dealership. They actually listened. Traded three cars in for the 2014 model I wanted. I had done my research so knew the value of my trade-ins and their offer was in line with what I expected. Since my wife and I drove two vehicles to the dealership they actually had an employee (Evan) ride home with us to pick up the third car we were trading in. This was a round trip of over 100 miles for them and was much appreciated. Service was great. Eddie took the time to explain the features of the car that were new to me. Don worked a great deal. I knew I could get more for my trade ins if I did a private sell to individuals, but I did not want to be bothered with selling three cars. (Might as well be in the used car business.) So to save me the hassle I counted on taking a loss at the dealership but the cars are out of my driveway and I was treated fair realizing the dealer needs to make some profit. Lifetime oil changes and lifetime engine and drivetrain warranty was a nice incentive to trade. No pressure from Bill when I opted not to go for the 100,000 mile bumper to bumper warranty. Arrived at the dealer at 2:45pm and was driving home in my new ride by 5:00pm. (This included the time for me to empty my two cars.) Most definitely, one of the easiest car trades in my life and I am 70 years old. More

Returning to the Toyota Family I left the Toyota family several years ago and tried another Auto manufacturer with bad results. My Toyota’s in the past have been very reliable, economical and built to last. After searching the Internet I found Fred Anderson Toyota of Charleston. The Internet sales team was quick to respond to my questions and set an appointment to view my future 4Runner. Grace Morris was my salesperson and was very courteous, knowledgeable, conscientious, concise, and patient. She was able to answer all my questions regarding the 4Runner I eventually purchased. Grace gave me a feeling that the most important thing to her was my satisfaction and not just a sale. Grace and the Dealership went above and beyond when it came to some special requests relative to the trade in and pricing and they met my needs. Grace did not pressure me in the sales process but answers all my questions and made recommendations when appropriate. The best part of my experience at Fred Anderson Toyota of Charleston was the personal follow up by Grace after the sale to make sure I was happy with my purchase. More

I visited a few different dealerships in search for a Toyota Tacoma double cab 4x4 and was initially looking for a slightly used one. To my surprise Trevor German and Don Hesher were able to get me into Toyota Tacoma double cab 4x4 and was initially looking for a slightly used one. To my surprise Trevor German and Don Hesher were able to get me into a brand new 2014 for not much more than I was looking at paying for a used one. From the first minute that Trevor introduced himself, he was polite, professional and extremely knowledgeable. After my first visit to the dealership,Trevor stayed in touch with me to see if there was anything else he could assist me with. Other dealerships I visited seemed a little pushy which was a huge negative. I never felt pressure from Trevor or from Don, it seemed like it was more about me finding something I liked and was comfortable with more than them just trying to push another sale on somebody. I would highly recommend Fred Anderson Toyota and especially using Trevor German and Don Hesher. If I was looking to buy another vehicle right now, I would start with them. More

We leased a 2011 Toyota Sienna XLE from Fred Anderson Toyota less than 2 years ago as the primary vehicle for my wife to drive around town and for vacations. It's a great vehicle for vacations and getting around town, but my wife really wanted something bigger. Since I knew that we'd be moving back to Cincinnati, OH soon (and I’m very familiar with the harsh winters and ice/snow storms up there) I was open to her "demands". We went to Fred Anderson Toyota to see what they had on their lot after looking at their website and met with Julie Anderson. She knew that we still had another year of our lease on our Sienna, but she also knew that my wife really wanted to be in a Sequoia. Julie let us walk the lot alone with our kids to look at all the vehicles without pressuring us. She came out when we had a few questions and to let my wife compare all of the Sequoias on the lot. She understood that the Sequoia wasn't going to be my vehicle and took the time to show my wife all the difference between her Sienna and the Sequoia she wanted. As a mother herself, Julie understood that we needed a vehicle to handle changes in weather and also something that would be comfortable for trips with the kids. She really made my wife comfortable and answered every question without hesitation being very knowledgeable and comparing the Sequoia to the 4Runner that she drove with her family. This made my wife very happy with the decision to purchase a new Sequoia. She took us for a test drive and wasn't in a hurry to get us back to the dealership to rush us into signing a deal. She wanted to make sure we understood everything about the vehicle and to make sure we enjoyed the driving experience. We would highly recommend Julie Anderson to anyone wanting to meet with someone that will take the time to understand your needs. She is someone who won't pressure to buy a vehicle that you don’t' want or don't need. She will work with you to make sure you get the right vehicle for the right price and make sure you are treated with the upmost respect by the rest of the team involved in your purchase or lease. The entire staff (from sales, management, finance and service) is pleasant and easy to work with. They treat you like family and not a number like the huge corporate dealerships in the Charleston area who want to pressure you into a car and hold the keys for your trade "hostage" while sending in manager after manager trying to make you sign. Not Fred Anderson Toyota of Charleston!!! They treat you with respect and want you to be satisfied with your vehicle as well as the dealership as a whole. Being active duty military for over 24 years I have purchased many vehicles around the United States. My husband and I just bought TWO new cars from the folks at Fred Anderson: A 2014 Tundra and a 2013 Prius V. Not only are the cars beautiful, but we were able to negotiate VERY reasonable prices for our t at Fred Anderson: A 2014 Tundra and a 2013 Prius V. Not only are the cars beautiful, but we were able to negotiate VERY reasonable prices for our trade-ins as well as get EVERYTHING we both wanted in our new cars. We mostly worked with the sales manager, Don Hesher, who I would HIGHLY recommend! However, we also received lots of help from Jim and Jeff who are equally as friendly and helpful. Overall, this was the BEST car buying experience I have ever experienced! We will continue to by all of our cars from this team at Fred Anderson! More

Trevor German (Salesman) is the epitome of what a salesman should be and exhibited exceptional professionalism, interpersonal skills and exceeded every expectation. Furthermore, he made us feel like a member of the Anderson Family. Additionally, Don Hesher (Sales Manager) interacted with us on several occasions which demonstrated to us that customer service/satisfaction is at the forefront of the Anderson Family goals. The process seemed exceptionally smooth amongst his interactive team of professionals, compared to other dealerships. We are truly satisfied with our new 2013 Toyota Camry and are proud to say we are members of the Anderson Family. More

Purchasing a truck from Anderson Toyota was the most pleasurable experience we have EVER encountered in purchasing a new vehicle. Esteban and Don were great! They were courteous and kind, we were not given the run around, they let us speak privately (giving us a moment), we got a great deal, they found us the exact truck we wanted in a timely manner. They are making it very convenient and life simplified for us by making sure we only have to drop the truck off for one day to have the leather seats, steps, and liner installed due to us living an hour away. We will totally recommend this dealership! More
