Many years ago, as a young single woman, I purchased a new car from a very established dealership in another state. I had so many problems with them, with getting legitimate warranty work done, I was not new car from a very established dealership in another state. We bought a new F250 in late 2018, and just a few months ago a new F350. I have had nothing but EXCELLENT after-purchase service at Skyline from almost everyone (nothing is 100% 100% of the time) with whom I have interacted! A special thanks to Don in Sales who has made purchasing 2 trucks with all my customization requests so easy, Jeff in Finance (who handled transferring our vehicle warranty to a private purchaser), Nicholas in parts who has gone out of his way to get me what I wanted, Jon in Service who absolutely knocked himself out to find and silence a noise in my 2019 which no one else could, Josh in the body shop who did a little extra for me while applying a trim piece, and so many more, some whose names I did not know and some whose names (forgive me) I cannot recall at the moment.
