Mechanics are horrible. Charged me 1300 for a new fuel pump in a Tiguan with a destroyed engine. Basic diagnostic skills would have shown the issue. I asked if they could ta Charged me 1300 for a new fuel pump in a Tiguan with a destroyed engine. Basic diagnostic skills would have shown the issue. I asked if they could take the pump out since the car was totaled and I would pay for labor. They told me no. Also the service manager is condescending and sexist. DON'T HAVE YOUR CAR REPAIRED HERE. GO TO A LOCAL MECHANIC!! More

Rachel was amazing. She got my car in as I had to rush for work and had work done in no time. My car had a radio malfunction and she went above and beyond to make sure I had the tools and proper guidance. for work and had work done in no time.
