In the past I’ve had extremely poor experiences with sales personnel in purchasing a new vehicle. Needless to say I was very apprehensive walking into Hudson Cadillac. Upon meeting Shelly Catania I was sales personnel in purchasing a new vehicle. Needless to say I was very apprehensive walking into Hudson Cadillac. Upon meeting Shelly Catania I was immediately put at ease. She was very personable and guided me through the purchasing process. She helped me choose the options and features I wanted with professionalism. No pressure whatsoever from her or anyone else within the dealership. I called one hour ahead to find out if they still had a 2018 Buick Regal TourX still available I saw on the interenet, they told me it was available. When I pulled up to the dealership they had the car pa 2018 Buick Regal TourX still available I saw on the interenet, they told me it was available. When I pulled up to the dealership they had the car parked in the front which I thought was a nice touch. The salesman apologized that they didn't have it freshly cleaned for the test drive, again, I thought that was nice. The salesman gave me the whole run down on the car and was very nice. Within minutes of being there the salesman copied my license and let me take it for a test drive. After they evaluated my trade in and gave me a fair price I was happy with. The next day I can in to pick up my new (used) car and they offered drinks, snacks, and were every polite. The actual dealer owner came over and talked with me for awhile and was an amazing individual. All in all everything went smooth and I couldn't have had an easier transaction. I am recommending friends and family to go here. More

Everyone, the sales person, the used car manager, and the owner were the nicest people you ever met. They went out of their way to have you walk away as a happy customer. This dealership is not the closest dealership to my house it's about 20 miles away. I am now in the market for a car for my wife and I did not hesitate to go back to this dealership. In fact it was the only dealership that came to mind even though there are many closer. If you are in the market for car I would highly recommend going to Hudson Buick. More

Justin's winning personality and smile made our negotiations friendlier and much less combative than past car-buying experiences. And, when the deal was complete, he was extremely thorough when explaining the various electronic functions in our new ATS. All-in-all, we would say that Michael Mullaney runs a dealership that we could easily recommend to our friends! More

We purchased and drove our new car home on the same day! I would recommend Justin Cook and Hudson Cadillac Buick GMC to anyone looking to buy a new car. After past buying experiences at other dealerships, I wasn't very excited to go through the process again, but Justin made the experience awesome! Everyone at the dealership was warm and welcoming, but Justin blew us away. Not only was he very knowledgeable, but he provided excellent customer service throughout the entire process. He did all that he could to make sure we could bring the car home that day, even on New Year's Eve when they were closing early and he had plans. Despite running over their closing time, he took extra time to set up OnStar, pair bluetooth, add more air to the tires (it had gotten very cold), and give a full tutorial of the vehicle. He even followed up with a text the next day to make sure I had a good ride home and was enjoying the car--which I definitely am! Finding someone so committed to their job is rare, but should always be appreciated. When I'm eventually ready to buy another car I will certainly consider driving all the way back to Hudson Cadillac Buick GMC! Thank you for an excellent buying experience. More
