Though living in Florida, I found the perfect car at RBM of Atlanta and contacted Don Bonura to see how I could be confident in buying the car remotely. After taking on the phone and understanding their buy of Atlanta and contacted Don Bonura to see how I could be confident in buying the car remotely. After taking on the phone and understanding their buying process, my confidence level increased and upon arrival at the dealership a few days later, my expectations were exceeded. The car was in pristine condition and the sales staff could not have been better. Needless to say, I would recommend RBM of Atlanta to anyone. More

He was extremely helpful in selecting the features for my new GLC 300 and once ordered, kept me informed every step of the way on the build and shipment process. Once the car arrived, he made sure it matched my order and when he found the floor mats were not included, he personally went to the parts department to add them. He has continued to follow-up with me to ensure I am pleased with my new SUV and when I called about a warning that I didn’t know how to override for tire pressure, he walked me through how to do it over the phone immediately. I highly recommend Don to any Mercedes customer looking to purchase or lease a car! You will be in the best hands! More

poor customer service I was looking for CPO and worked with Don. I did my paper work and deposited initial amount, but for some reasons I had to withdraw and when I approac I was looking for CPO and worked with Don. I did my paper work and deposited initial amount, but for some reasons I had to withdraw and when I approached the this salesman after 2 weeks, The response is really bad.~"We are not interested in moving forward with you and no need to contact us any further". keep up the good work! Bad first impressions - service and sales Service: took 2 visits and keeping my car a week each time to resolve issues. Perhaps RBM General Manager should take a hard look at his shop and start putting himself in the customer’s shoes, cause this place is from the best. More
