On one occasion, he had to dig out the Sedona of my choice under 2 feet of snow. No snowstorm could stop him. Always pleasant to be with. Charles looks out for his customer - he even had my Sedona detailed twice to make sure it was spotless. After the sale, Charles went above and beyond to help my husband and I set up the electronics in the Sedona and made sure we understood all the features! We were very impressed with Charles Scott.
