We have bought or leased at least 7 RX 350's over the years from Northside Lexus and the service has been excellent in all categories. CHRIS HARRIS WAS OUR CAR SALESMAN. FROM MEETING US AT THE DOOR TO PUTTING OUR PLATES ON AND TAKING OUR PHOTO WITH OUR NEWLY USED LEXUS. I walked into the dealership to compare with another luxury dealer. Don greeted me at the front desk and asked if I would like him to show me a vehicle. He showed me a vehicle and explained the ultra-lu luxury dealer. Don greeted me at the front desk and asked if I would like him to show me a vehicle. He showed me a vehicle and explained the ultra-luxury upgrades. He pulled up one, and we went for a test drive. The next day, I put a deposit down and waited for my car to arrive... the rest is history, and I am now a Lexus owner for life. More

Northside Lexus provides world class service unparalleled by any other dealership. While the quality of the vehicles are very good, I have many choices in the brand of vehicle I can purchase. The reason I keep coming back to Northside Lexus is because the service department is the best I have ever seen and the professionalism of the entire organization is unmatched by any other dealership. I am 61 years old and needless to say I have purchased many vehicles in my lifetime for myself, wife and kids. I have dealt with most every brand of vehicle and dealership there is during the course of my lifetime. NONE are as good as Northside Lexus. That is why I am loyal customer. More
