I was a long time Fusillo of Schenectady customer. It has taken some time to get used to the switch to Matthews. I was sad to see that Nick Fear was longer with the Service department. He was the one It has taken some time to get used to the switch to Matthews. I was sad to see that Nick Fear was longer with the Service department. He was the one person I had been familiar with for years. With all that said, my experience with Matthews has been great. Staff are courteous and service is fast. More

Asked to look in to my fob, it does not work, nobody looked in to it. Waiting area is bare, no water or anything. I brought my car in because it would stop while I was driving. Battery light and engine light would come on and would sometimes turn back on. Had taken it to a few other places and had been told multiple driving. Battery light and engine light would come on and would sometimes turn back on. Had taken it to a few other places and had been told multiple things. I figured the dealership would be able to fix it. They said it was because I needed an oil change. Paid almost $200. Car was still doing it and it wouldn’t turn back on. I had the car towed back to the dealership and was told it would be looked at right away. They “looked” at it and told me they couldn’t figure out what was wrong. I asked them to look at it again because I was scared of driving the car on the highway and getting hit. Same response. When I went to pick up the car it was dead, like no one had looked at it at all. And the car still had the same problem. I took it to another garage and they figured out it was the crankshaft. Something that cost barely anything to fix. I’m so disappointed in this dealership and how they handle their customers. Will never be going back. More
