Mark, Dom, and Madeline at Heritage Toyota made a possibly long and anxious day instead a painless and enjoyable experience. I found this dealership by sending out mass emails to dealerships in a drivable range. The sales manager Mark Eager reached out to me and was extremely helpful and professional. After a couple of days of trying to identify what I truly wanted in a vehicle, I had a phone call with Mark and we figured out a deal that worked for both of us. Mark turned my information over to a salesman Dom Brown. I had such a good experience with Mark, I was nervous to complete the purchase with someone else. Dom elevated the experience even further. It was the exact deal Mark and I had gone over. I legitimately enjoyed my experience there. Dom was a great guy and very informative. Finance manager Madeline Schuetz finished the process with me and was also great. I met one it two other employees that helped in small areas and they were also very kind. Overall I couldn't be more happy with how everything turned out. Highly recommend them. More

Dealership clean and spacious. Reps had clients in their cubicles and most were active but the noise level was low. I didn’t hear negotiations happening next door. Cars available to test drive. I spotted Crown in showroom while walking back to Dom’s ofc to discuss Camry purchase. Glad he offered me to test drive it! I appreciate dealing with Dom. He was pleasant but professional from the onset. He addressed my questions and listened well to my preferences. Thought we negotiated well on my trade in to help me buy my new car. Dom knew when to give my husband and I space during our decision making. I felt comfortable with him and we shared a few laughs. He was just cool and not pushy. To the finish, he was helpful—-like empty my Audi, brief me on Crown, set up my Toyota apps, etc. Dom even went the extra mile to mail a package I left under Audi driver’s seat. Financing was easy with Chad. Liked his high tech desk and paperless records. All in all, very positive experience at Heritage Harrisburg Toyota. This car is my retirement car to keep long term! More
