I would actually rate the service with Zero Stars because my car received Zero Service. Five hours after dropping off my vehicle (for 90K mile service) I was informed that no work had been performed and no my car received Zero Service. The staff offered to perform the 90K mile service the next day but I could not adjust my work schedule simply because the service department is incompetent, failed to properly manage their workload, or deliberately overbooked (which resulted in my car not being serviced). Honored the lifetime powertrain warranty without question. Gave me a loaner and fixed the oil leaks @ 125,00 miles and got me my 2015 Forester back in a reasonable time. Overall experience was excellent, far exceeding expectations! We were traveling from out of town when the "check engine" light came and car started running roughly. It was late on Friday aftern expectations! We were traveling from out of town when the "check engine" light came and car started running roughly. It was late on Friday afternoon. I called my home dealer to advise me what to do, they just said to "get it towed". Out of desperation, I then called the nearest Subaru dealer to my location, which was Premier Subaru. Talked on the phone with Mike, who gave a detailed explanation of what might be going on. He talked me through some checks over the phone, which helped me believe it would be safe to drive the car to their location the next day. They couldn't do anything on Friday given the late hour, but assured me they would take care of our problem Saturday, even though there were fully booked with no appointments available. Upon arrival Saturday Dominic took it from there, he was terrific to work with and an excellent communicator. After 4 hours (a much shorter time than expected given the busy Saturday and no appointment) the car was repaired at a very fair price and we were back on the road. I would give Mike, Dominic, and the Premier Subaru team 10 stars were that an option. They deliver the kind of customer-focused individual attention that is getting increasing hard to find these days. Highly recommended, if they weren't 2 hours away I'd make them my permanent "go-to" dealership. More
