Always respectful and friendly. I changed to Hubler Nissan permanently because I sensed that they were not only knowledgeable and skilled technicians but that they were HONEST— that I changed to Hubler Nissan permanently because I sensed that they were not only knowledgeable and skilled technicians but that they were HONEST— that they would only recommend work that truly needed to be done, and not try to trick me into spending my money on something if it didn’t really need it yet. I loved it at first until I got to financing the vehicle. I was led to believe that my payments would be around $681 or a couple of dollars more but not the $693 I was first quoted. I agreed to the payments being $680 something and signed a white printer paper. I was still not happy, but I needed a car, and I was certain I had good credit as I have always paid my bills, and I check credit Karma faithfully. My credit score that day was 720 on credit Karma but Hubler had my score at 650. I have worked at my job for 19 years, owned my home for 8 years and have had my good credit for 17 years but my score is 650. This was the first time I was sole buying a car without my husband's name on it, but I asked if he added would that help and I was told my husband credit being ran would not change much. Then I was told the rate Huntington Bank was offering me was really good and the lowest they have seen being offered to someone. That made me feel a little better but when the deal was made and the paperwork came back the rate was not the rate stated and I called Huntington. The bank told me it was on Hubler's end and then contacted Hubler and they said it was on Huntington end. I was given the run around, told something different than what I spoke to Dominic about originally. When I went to the financial manager who had me sign things he didn't even care to hear what Dominic had said to me before I signed for the car. I was lied to and mislead on the whole purchase and felt taken advantage of because it was known that this was the first time I was purchasing a vehicle. I even dropped a higher down payment to still be taken advantage of. I will never buy another car from Hubler and should have went with Subaru. You live and you learn, next time I will go with another company and not be so trusting. More

I had been to several dealerships looking for a new vehicle. My experience at Hubler from start to finish was outstanding. Everyone was very knowledgeable and courteous. I feel I didn't just buy a car vehicle. My experience at Hubler from start to finish was outstanding. Everyone was very knowledgeable and courteous. I feel I didn't just buy a car but but became part of the Hubler family. The relationship didn't end after the purchase of the car. The follow up has been excellent. I love my new car! More
