If you’re interested in a place that uses bullying to intimidate customers, this is your place. I recently brought my vehicle to this Buick dealership and had an extremely disappointing experience. I was intimidate customers, this is your place. I recently brought my vehicle to this Buick dealership and had an extremely disappointing experience. I was spoken to in an aggressive, irate tone, with staff raising their voices at me when I questioned why I was being charged a diagnostic fee for an issue that was covered under a recall. That diagnostic fee was $231, which made the situation even more frustrating and unreasonable. My vehicle sat outside on their lot for three days after I was told to drop it off. When I called for an update, I was told the delay was because I “never responded” about what to do with the vehicle. That was completely untrue — I had already spoken with a representative the weekend before and confirmed everything. Instead of taking accountability, I was met with rude attitudes and blame. I have names and have documented everything. Despite following all instructions and dealing with a recall-related problem, I was still forced to pay the $231 diagnostic fee. The lack of communication, the hostility, and the unprofessional behavior were unacceptable. I will not be recommending this dealership to anyone. More

Everyone was very nice. I could have done without the expense but that's not your fault. The young man that picked me up at my house was very nice and polite. I went to the Buick GMC in Parma when the last owner had it. I thought I'd try it now that Spitzer is the owner epically from my excellent expirence at the Amherst Chevorlet Spitzer sake and service departm it. It has been over 20 years since I went the Parma Buick GMC. It will be a lot longer before I go there again. The attitude that I got was that the people in the service department was they could care less wheather I brought my business there or not. So Ill be going back to Joyce Buick GMC for service on my 2022 Terrain. It's unfortunate. Parma Buick GMC is 10 minutes from home and Joyce is 35 minutes from my home. More
