My salesman, after checking with his manager, said that the a replacement cap was not covered in the bumper to bumper guarantee that I purchased with the car. I left the dealership feeling very annoyed and disappointed. I went to the web site for the dealership and found a link to send a message to Dominick Conicelli. I figured since his last name was Conicelli he might be able to help. Within a couple of hours I received a call from the salesman telling me that I could bring the car in and the cap would be replace. I was very happy the problem was resolved but I think that I shouldn't have to go that far up the chain of command to get a simple problem fixed on a car I purchased less than two weeks earlier. More
