WARNING TO ALL POTENTIAL VICTIMS OF THIS "SERVICE CENTER"!!! They DO NOT use MOPAR parts on repairs!!! THEY ARE PASSING OFF CHEAP AFTERMARKET PARTS AND SCAMMING CUSTOMERS! FRAUDS, RIP-OFF ARTISTS & S CENTER"!!! They DO NOT use MOPAR parts on repairs!!! THEY ARE PASSING OFF CHEAP AFTERMARKET PARTS AND SCAMMING CUSTOMERS! FRAUDS, RIP-OFF ARTISTS & SCAMMERS!!!! I had a oil leak earlier this year and it was diagnosed as the oil housing filter needing to be replaced by this service center. I had the job done by Westbury Jeep on March 20th, 2023. I went to go get something to eat after they were done and within hours after the service, most of the oil had leaked out onto the ground. I immediately took the vehicle back to them and they gave me a loaner vehicle overnight. They claimed it was a defective part and fixed it. Or so I thought. I relocated out of NY and had 2 oil changes at Ed Voyles. When I took it in on Tuesday, October 24th, they told me that I had an oil leak. I came back for an 8:30AM appointment today October 26th to diagnose the cause of the leak. They told me that the oil housing filter was leaking oil and that it was an AFTER MARKET part, NOT MOPAR, which voids the 2 year warranty. I was furious and called Westbury and they transferred me to Ellen. She claimed that the part was OEM, which it CLEARLY is NOT because there are 0 MOPAR markings, nor a serial number on the part. She offered to overnight a new part and to reimburse me for the out of pocket labor cost. She was communicating with my advisor who sent her pictures. He then came back and told me that suddenly they were playing hard ball with doing anything to fix the issue and they tried to claim that it had been 7 months and that I could have done something to the part, which makes ABSOLUTELY -0 sense. I am not a mechanic and WHY would I do that to a part to my own detriment? At this point I was LIVID! I called back and spoke to a "Rose". She had the audacity to tell me they would only entertain being sent the part back so they could inspect it, and again claimed that it was from MOPAR...but WHY would you need to inspect something that came from MOPAR? You would immediately contact them, right? When I told her the part did NOT have a MOPAR stamp/serial number that comes on all of their parts she got quiet. She tried to claim that they changed the design but that is a LIE! A visual inspection clearly proves this is an ENTIRELY different part than the MOPAR part in the mechanics hand at Ed Voyles. To help me out because this was an obvious nightmare, my service advisor worked it out so that they would send MOPAR an official part to swap out so would cover the warranty and labor. HOWEVER, because of the oil leak the knock sensor jumper harness wires were corroded from the oil. The charge was $185. I asked Westbury to cover this cost directly with the dealership because of their SECOND defective part. Ellen completely changed the story and said they would not do anything unless I mailed the part back and they would make a "determination". All Jeep techs are certified and she was trying to claim that they made an error, even though this was the SECOND defective part I received from this shoddy, scam service center. I gave her 1 hour to decide to take care of the jumper, or I was going to pay for it out of pocket, post ALL OF THE RECEIPTS PROVING MY REVIEW IS REAL, and SUE in SMALL CLAIMS FOR MY MONEY BACK. As promised Ellen, here is ALL of the information for the world to see so other victims can know to AVOID going to your joke of a service center with your China made parts. I also recorded the calls so I will be bringing those to court as well. This just proves how petty, unprofessional, and tacky your service center is. You tried to falsely accuse me (defamation) of tampering with the part that YOUR service center had to put on not once, but twice and I have timestamped proof that your first part didn't last for 3 hours and the second AFTER MARKET part lasted 7 months until your fraud was discovered. I certainly was NOT informed that the part would be fake, nor did I agree to this. Suing!!! More

Horrible Customer Service The service department is HORRIBLE!!! I have a 2016 Jeep Wrangler soft top that leaked when we had that bad rain last Friday. I called they couldn’t f The service department is HORRIBLE!!! I have a 2016 Jeep Wrangler soft top that leaked when we had that bad rain last Friday. I called they couldn’t find my info because they had my account under the wrong name. I had about 2 inches of water in my car and they told me I had to wait for over a month for an appt for an inspection with the water leak specialist. So I’m driving around with water in my car and it smells. I left a message for the manager to call me, a week later no call!! Not to mention this happened 2 years ago when I got the car. Today it’s raining and I have water in my car again. I won’t even waste my time calling them. Worst worst worst service ever!!! Can’t wait to give back my car and be done with them. More

long time customer let down by service dept i have bought and leased over six jeeps throughout the years from this dealership service dept is not what it used to be after one month of service i have bought and leased over six jeeps throughout the years from this dealership service dept is not what it used to be after one month of service dept holding on to my 2019 cherokee and telling me they couldnt figure out the problem they finally replaced axil and assorted parts and told me the noise still exists but not to worry car is safe to drive and that chrysler engineers werent sure themselves what the problem was after one month car was returned and noise exists athough somewhat to a lesser degree by the way during the one month incarceration of my car service dept called me three times only in response to my phone calls would i still purchase and or lease a car from westbury yes but the service dept needs new management and yes i did have a loaner car but one month give me a break More

She was friendly, cordial, and promptly followed up with the information I needed. These big service centers often can lack appropriate customer service, but Angela changed my mind about that. If you take your vehicle in for service at Westbury Jeep Service, Angela is the one to see. If she’s not the manager of that Department, she surely should be. More

RUDE, OBNOXIOUS & IGNORANT I had an oil change done and mentioned a recall I had received in the mail to customer service. Customer Service assured me it was nothing to worry ab I had an oil change done and mentioned a recall I had received in the mail to customer service. Customer Service assured me it was nothing to worry about. So I didn’t till I needed my car which wouldn’t start with my key fob. I tried doing it manually and the car didn’t react to anything. I immediately got the extra key fob I had stored in a draw and of course that didn’t work either. I had it towed to Westbury Jeep on 111 Bond Street. I didn’t receive a call to even say my car arrived. So the next day I called and the person that was in charge of having my car serviced is Dominic Denovellis. I wasn’t sure what might be happening with my car, so like any normal person, I asked questions. Dominic acted RUDE, OBNOXIOUS and didn’t want to answer any of my questions. Dominic couldn’t answer any of my questions as he doesn’t have any knowledge of his job. Dominic kept saying he didn’t know and he’ll get to it when he’ll get to it. Dominic is very RUDE, IGNORANT person. Days kept going by and he didn’t have one mechanic look at my car. Still not having and knowledge of what’s going on and no answers to my questions. No loaner car for me to commute to and from my employment. Supposedly there wasn’t enough cars to loan. But yet, there’s 15 Jeep dealerships in the area and they can’t loan one. I’ve called again and left messages to find out what’s happening with my car. When he returned my call, Dominic continued to be RUDE and OBNOXIOUS. He mentioned how he didn’t know anything about any recalls. You would think, this is his job and he would have some knowledge of recalls or do some kind of research before you answer any questions. He answered, “not that I know of.” Dominic is an ignorant person. He has no knowledge of his job. He also needs to take Customer Service classes and learn how to talk to Customers because he obviously hasn’t learned that skill. He had my car for a week without giving me answers, no loaner, no credit on my lease. When I had enough of his stupidity, I mentioned to Dominic I don’t want to converse with him in the future and asked for someone else. Dominic insisted that I have to speak to him since he’s the boss. I explained again I do not want to engage in any conversation with him and he transferred me over to a Customer Service Rep named Angela. Angela spoke over me, not letting me speak. She didn’t take the time to listen or answer any questions and continued to be just as rude and obnoxious as her boss Dominic. Angela assured me that she filed my complaint to Director of Westbury Jeep and I will receive a call from him shortly which was a lie because I never received any type of call. Well after 12 days, I received my car. No loaner for the entire duration my car was being fixed. COMMUNICATION SKILLS WENT OUT THE DOOR WITH WESTBURY JEEP SERVICE DEPARTMENT. This service once again from everyone I have spoken to, is HORRIBLE. They need to take special classes to help them learn proper etiquette. Mannerisms is the key to proper customer service which obviously is not at this Jeep Dealer. I would never return to this dealer for any type of service nor will I ever lease or buy from any Jeep Dealer again. Jeep has lost me and my family as customers. I am spreading this complaint to everyone I know, on as many sites as I possibly can to show how customer service and just being polite goes a long way and I didn’t receive that here at Westbury Jeep Service Department. GOODBYE FOREVER JEEP. I will no longer lease or buy. Sayonara. More
