F150 Truck Purchase Two hours to compete the purchase was too long. Sales staff was unaware I had completed purchase and loan on line. I Love my New Ecosport! Doc Sullivan was great! My husband and I were looking at a used 2018 Ecosport, and Doc was more than happy to show it to us. However, before showing i Doc Sullivan was great! My husband and I were looking at a used 2018 Ecosport, and Doc was more than happy to show it to us. However, before showing it to us, he showed us a New 2018 Ecosport. He shared the advantages of the new over the used, but he totally gave us the opportunity to look at both. He was very personable, friendly, helpful and professional. The dealership was clean, even the ladies room. The staff were all very attentive and helpful. My only disappointment was when I took my New 2018 Ecosport back to have it cleaned for the first time. It really wasn't great. Several items were not up to par. I think they used a dirty rag to clean the windows and mirrors. Very streaky and foggy. It was the end of a Friday and I live 35 minutes from the dealership, therefore, I was not going to drive back just for that. Other than that, I am extremely satisfied with my buying experience with Doc and Two Rivers Ford Mt Juliet. More

Great experience I have always dreaded the whole car buying experience due to bad credit and just overall experience. (My car was a 2003 that's how bad I hate it)). W I have always dreaded the whole car buying experience due to bad credit and just overall experience. (My car was a 2003 that's how bad I hate it)). We went and looked at the escape and fusion on a Tuesday night and met Doc Sullivan. He explained everything to us about the two vehicles and we told him our credit situation and he explained a special program ford was doing right now. We told him we're planning on buying within a month and would see him when we did. Needless to we were back that Friday night and purchased a brand new fusion. I never once felt "less than" or a Keats because of our credit. Me. Sullivan and Mr. Fitzpatrick (the finance man) were so nice. We will definitely recommend Two Rivers Fors and Doc Sullivan to anyone looking to buy a car. More

Loved this place and Doc!! We just bought a new Ford Edge and our experience was wonderful. Our salesman was such a sweetheart and so helpful and knowlegeable.
