The workers are nice and friendly. However, their cars are horrible. Brand new car I got has been in their location for repairs maybe 4 or 5 times for major repairs in 3 years of ownin However, their cars are horrible. Brand new car I got has been in their location for repairs maybe 4 or 5 times for major repairs in 3 years of owning it. I was told that getting these repairs would fix the problem with my car. Kept getting charged for a “diagnostics fee” to identify the problem, they would tell me my car needs this repair, would get it done, and get my car back with the same issue. Finally had enough and traded the car in for something else at a different dealership. More

My experience with Dimitri was excellent! He was very patient and extremely thorough in going over everything with my husband and I. Dimitry was excellent in handling everything right from the trade in process to negotiation and finalizing the deal. Test drive was an experience like never before. Had never seen any dealership showing so much trust on customers that they gave the car and asked us to take it out for a spin for 20-25 minutes so we understand the vehicle and know it better.
