I was hoping to reduce my monthly payment but I like having the size o The lease was coming up on my 2015 RDX and I was not sure what I wanted to do. I was hoping to reduce my monthly payment but I like having the size of the RDX for the few times I need to move something big. I was considering going down to a TL or even an ILX to keep the payment down. I walked in and spoke to Dmitry (filling in for Brianna who was out) and I said let's start with numbers on the RDX. I was pleasantly surprised that the monthly payment for a 2018 actually went down! When Dmitry discussed numbers with Ken, because I am a repeat customer, he was able to lower the payment even more. I walked out with a beautiful new vehicle at the payment I wanted and the entire team made the process as easy as possible. We are loyal Acura of Westchester customers and can not recommend them strong enough. More

GO SEE MATT OR DIMITRY I bought a 2012 Acura TL from Acura of Westchester and i absolutely LOVE it. I worked with Danny and Matt; however, i was suppose to be working with D I bought a 2012 Acura TL from Acura of Westchester and i absolutely LOVE it. I worked with Danny and Matt; however, i was suppose to be working with Dimitry . I originally went in looking for a 2009 TSX that i saw online. I was given different selections of cars because i am a young person that is also in college. I needed something that would be reliable and sporty with good payments. The cars that I was picking were a little too old with a lot of miles. That being said, the banks were not approving. This is my second car and i wanted to finance to start building my credit. At one point i started to lose hope in getting a car. Matt constantly reminding me that i will get it. When we ( i say we because we became a team) made the decision to proceed with the TL, Danny was a huge help. I currently work in a dealership and I am impressed with with this dealership overall. The team work that i saw from the time i walked in was impeccable. When Matt wasn't available, I had Dimitry. When i couldn't find insurance Danny stepped in to help me. My finance manager made sure i understood everything i was signing for. Dimitry showed me the technology part of my car while Matt made sure my insurance papers were emailed over. While my process of buying my car took a little while due to circumstances, it was worth it. Matt handed me my car keys and also followed up with me a week later. Its been a month later and I'm still enjoying my car. I constantly boast and brag about my car and my sales team. I will recommend everyone and anyone looking for an Acura to come to Acura of Westchester. More
