this dealership is decitefull and inept they promised to make things right after they repeatedely messes up i was told and prommised to have certian services when i bought my truck there was not true to make things right after they repeatedely messes up i was told and prommised to have certian services when i bought my truck there was not true and was basicly told sales / finance told me things to make the sale every time my truck went there for service it was a joke last time they left my tires loose ,lost one of my lugnuts and scratched the center caps i asked to speak with maniger dmitry gonarch told me he ould replace the lug nut i explained it as a special one he stated his after market guy would be sure to get me the right one he also told me he would replace my center caps i was sent a lug nut by mail it was the wrong one and never got the center caps i have called there but get the usual run around transfer and no one would do anything but funny how they call me to come buy another vehicle never going to happen Dont Buy From any schumacher dealership DONT BUY FROM SCHUMACHER More

Worst experience I have ever had. I bought my Jeep from this dealer in 2018 and was told how great there service was. My car was having issues and after multiple mechanics I took it t I bought my Jeep from this dealer in 2018 and was told how great there service was. My car was having issues and after multiple mechanics I took it to this dealer. After almost 2 months in the shop and almost 4000 dollars. The problem still has not been fixed.After finally having enough of the runaround. I submitted a charge back which they fought and said the car was fixed. So now I have a car that still doesn't work and out all that money. Will be the last time I use this dealer and probably jeep overall. Stay away Best advice I could give. More
