Had an all-around excellent experience at Lexus. I first spoke with Johnathon Bixby on the phone as my initial contact, who then carefully handed me off to Django Bruce. Lexus of Sarasota was the only Lexus dealer in the Tampa area that could commit to delivering a new 2025 Lexus RX 350h Premium+ within 2 weeks of my deposit. They actually took 2 1/2 weeks to deliver, but area that could commit to delivering a new 2025 Lexus RX 350h Premium+ within 2 weeks of my deposit. They actually took 2 1/2 weeks to deliver, but the car was worth the wait! Django kept me constantly informed of its anticipated delivery date. Closing was later in the day, but all stayed past their Closing Time to get me out the door ASAP. The drive back to Tampa confirmed why I wanted that Lexus over all of its competitors. More

Dealership was very nice, was immediately greeted upon arrival by my salesperson Django who had the vehicle I was interested in gassed up and ready to drive. I had previously purchased a vehicle from this dealership three years ago. Experience was reasonably good then, with an attentive staff and experienced sales department. This time around, it was a whole diff three years ago. Experience was reasonably good then, with an attentive staff and experienced sales department. This time around, it was a whole different ballgame, like night and day. Different management, all different staff and general demeanor across the board. Definitely not Lexus customer oriented, or savvy. The sales staff was also un-together, incompetent, repeatedly sending texts and emails having little to do with my original request. 2 Sales people and a Sales manager later, I ended up purchasing a new vehicle from another dealership altogether, one that was more direct, more honest, more business oriented. The type of mannered Lexus dealership I have repeatedly dealt with over the past 25 years. Avoid that place. More
