Since moving to Arizona 4 years ago, I have depended on the people at Arrowhead Honda to keep my 2019 Honda in perfect condition. Everyone I have dealt with at Arrowhead has been professional, reliable, the people at Arrowhead Honda to keep my 2019 Honda in perfect condition. Everyone I have dealt with at Arrowhead has been professional, reliable, friendly, and conscientious. Everyone in the service department has taken the time to explain what service was needed and why. They have kept all their promises regarding length of time needed to maintain my car, and keep it in good running order I feel very fortunate to have found Arrowhead Honda, and I will continue to ask them to maintain my vehicle for as long as I own it More

Every time I have service at Arrowhead Honda Divac Aodisho service adviser goes the extra mile to help me. He advises me with information to upkeep my car. I had asked him about daylight headlamps. T Aodisho service adviser goes the extra mile to help me. He advises me with information to upkeep my car. I had asked him about daylight headlamps. The factory installed headlamp are of a yellow color which are inadequate for my car. They do not provide enough Illumination for night driving. Divac gave me the printout of were I could purchase the Sealight Bulbs replacement for my car thru Amazon. Of course I will return to Honda after purchase and have them installed. I am delighted that I bought an Odyssey at Arrowhead Honda in Peoria Arizona Rich Grudzien More

MUST READ! !!! I took a Honda vehicle in to get a pre-buyer's inspection. I was thinking of purchasing the vehicle from a private owner, so I needed a honest tru !!! I took a Honda vehicle in to get a pre-buyer's inspection. I was thinking of purchasing the vehicle from a private owner, so I needed a honest true inspection on the vehicle. Two and half hours later I was given a great report with just a few maintenance items. One of which was the timing belt which is very expensive. Divac told me it was last done at 60K miles and now I was at 137K, so it was past due. Since nothing major came up in the inspection I decided to purchase the vehicle. I was not able to figure out how to program the memory of the seat moving when you open the driver's car door, so I went to Bell Honda down the street from me to show me how. They were not able to get it to work. I called Arrowhead Honda, and I was told that is not something they look at and it could be anywhere from $600 to $1200 to fix. I put in multiple calls to get heard on how this was a major issue as I was not given the opportunity to negotiate with the seller at a lower price. One call was transferred to Raquel Perez and I wasn't even told I was on speaker and Divac started speaking very rudely and aggressively. I was transferred over to Dave Fendon the sales manager and he put in a request to Tom Urbina to call and it has been two weeks and I'm being ignored. On October 5th I filed a complaint with Honda America and emailed Thad Zorn general manager and owner Ken Ellegard. Neither have gotten back. What I thought was just a mechanical seat issue has now turned into so much more. On October 4th I had my mechanic test drive my car as I was uncertain if what I was experiencing was normal. Naturally I am going to think it's just me being paranoid and not used to the car since I just got it fully checked out. Nope! sure enough he told me something off. That the car was not shifting into gear correctly and that I should get a second opinion. Next Day I went into Bell Honda, and they test drove my vehicle and they had the same feedback. They recommended starting with the transmission fluid and pulling up the Carfax to see if it's been done. Unfortunately, it was done in January at Arrowhead location. This means it would be a more complex issue. What is very alarming is that the previous owner had zero history of serving the transmission fluid prior to January. Only one can assume that he was having issues with the shift of gears and started with the recommended transmission flush. This was done at Arrowhead, and they failed to disclose this information to me, or did they hide it from me? I would have absolutely not purchased the vehicle. Why was this hidden from me! To make matters worse, I asked the guy at Bell Honda to show me on the report when the timing belt was done. We looked at it together and it was never on the CARFAX report. Why would Divac deliberately lie about a service that was never done? One can only assume that if the service was done at the recommended 60K and now were at 137K already 17K over the recommended it causes an emergency for it to be done. Again, I would have absolutely not purchased the vehicle. I should have been told it was never done! I'm just completely shocked by the lies, the unprofessional and rude employees in this dealership. This should have not happened! And the public needs to be aware. Worst experience ever!!! LESS THAN POOR More
