I felt like I was sitting and talking with a friend instead of a salesman. He took the time to explain certain features to me and to help me transfer some of my stuff from my old vehicle to my new one, well after the dealership had already closed. Both have been available for my questions post purchase and I've been grateful for that. More

She continued to call me and send me e-mails over the next 2 months(I think) until I finally I visited your dealership and initially dealt with Tori. She continued to call me and send me e-mails over the next 2 months(I think) until I finally purchased my Forester. She contacted me just the right amount .I live in Boulder so was also looking at Flatirons Subaru and came home on Friday May 19th feeling very discouraged because I had looked at their inventory of used cars on line and when I went to see them, they were all sold. I got home and Tori called me about a Memorial Day special. I went to Valley a few hours later and drove a new Forester. When i got home I did more research and decided I should have Eyesight with a new car so looked at another 2017 Forester on line. When my husband and I went up to your dealership on May 20th, I called first and since Tori was busy, Ryan was ready with the car for us to drive. He was wonderful to work with and could answer all our questions about the car. He is very knowledgible about the Subarus . Thanks and I look forward to coming in for my oil changes etc. More

Awesome buying experience In the past when purchasing a car, from other dealers, because of sales pressure, the vehicle I ended up buying wasn't the car I originally wanted. I didn't experience any pressure from Jorge to pay for "add ons" which can jack up the price considerably. I wanted a basic Forester with automatic transmission, which he found in another location. He kept me informed about the estimated arrival of the car in the dealership, and the day after it arrived he met with me to finalize the sale. Jorge was easy to work with, answered all my questions, and even offered to bring my car manual to my house after I had accidentally left it at the dealership. I would recommend Jorge to anyone who is in the market for a car. More

My experience with Kim was such a pleasant change from the old pressure cooker feeling when dealing with car dealerships. I got a quick response when requesting a price via the internet, and when going in to make the final deal I was pleasantly surprised to not have to also have to deal with anyone else. She was very professional and she had a great understanding of the vehicle. I would highly recommend her to anyone else who is in need of a car. More
