The people who took my car were very nice. The review system for my car was not so awesome. It only has two ranking options good or critical. There is no in between. When I took it to another dealership further south, they marked my car as not having nearly as many issues. It would be nice to know if something under my hood needs help, but is not in dire need of replacement. Feels like a scam used to get you to replace things that don’t need help. The oil change was much faster now that they've completed the majority of the remodel. I was expecting to wait the estimated hour for my vehicle to be completed, but was pleasantly surprised that it was done the majority of the remodel. The dealership is great and has been all 3 or 4 times my car has been recalled in the less than year of ownership. While I am not blaming the dealership for the recalls, obviously, I'm sick of taking my car car has been recalled in the less than year of ownership. While I am not blaming the dealership for the recalls, obviously, I'm sick of taking my car in and them wanting me to leave it there all day. This is rediculous Honda!! I love my car, but all the recall stuff is leaving a bad taste in my mouth. After 2 recalls you should be offering me a car for the day, for free, to take while you have my car. More
