Hi, Thank you for responding. I have been a very loyal customer since I bought my 2007 Corvette from your dealership in December 2006. Since then I have been bringing my Corvette and my two Hondas to your dealership for repairs. However this will stop since the last time I bought my Corvette with no issues into your dealership and I was recommended to have some services done to my car. Since then my car is not the same as you can see in my review. I've talked to Dina and Joe numerous times to try to resolve this but they will not budge from their position. I do not think it's fair to charge me for labor twice that is 1500+ dollars again for issues that were not there before this whole incident. Everytime I drive my car I fear there is more damage being done to it. Dina the Customer Service Rep told me there is pretty much nothing she can and just continue to drive the car until the sound gets worst but I will still have to pay a 2nd time for the same labor I paid originally. That is ridiculous. I have submitted complaints to GM, the Maryland State's Attorney, and posted negative reviews on Facebook, Google, Cars.com, Yelp, and Dealerrater. I will make sure i talk to all my friends and famly to never go to Criswell becuase this is how bad they treat their loyal customers. If my car is not fixed and back in the condition it was when I originally bought it in just for an oil change then I will continue to do all that I can to get justice.
