I came in for warranty work. Part of the job was done poorly. I had to go through the inconvenience of four trips to the dealership to get the job done correctly when it should have taken only two. I ask poorly. I had to go through the inconvenience of four trips to the dealership to get the job done correctly when it should have taken only two. I asked to speak to the Service Manager three times. He was never available when I called and never returned my call. The dealership did make good and fixed the problem, however they showed little concern for the extra time and trouble it took to get them to do the job correctly. I would choose to look for a Ford dealership to take care of my service/repair needs that does a better job especially in the communication with the customer. Consequently, I wouldn't recommend Sayville Ford More

I brought my vehicle in for warranty work, they replaced completely the wrong part. My noise is still there. And they damaged my steering wheel, which they claim they did not do. Negligence may be the best word to choose when talking about sayville ford. The first and only service I ever received here ended with damage to my vehicle and a very unapologetic service manager who comp about sayville ford. The first and only service I ever received here ended with damage to my vehicle and a very unapologetic service manager who compared the damage cause by his technicians to me hitting a pothole. This will be my last trip to sayville ford and my last ford car purchase because ford corporate told me that they have no bearing over dealerships and that they can do nothing to regulate the actions of sayville ford. Upon trying to “repair” the damage sayville ford caused new damage and did a poor job fixing what they had already caused. More

I’ve bought a few cars at Sayville Ford. I am partial to Fords and this dealer. Buying and maintaining the car there is no hassle. Chris in sales helped me get a great deal and Dimitri their service manager Fords and this dealer. Buying and maintaining the car there is no hassle. Chris in sales helped me get a great deal and Dimitri their service manager knows the cars throughly. Any repair or maintenance performed was done to my satisfaction. In fact, I do use my GT350R as a track car and Dimitri makes sure any maintenance or repair is performed to proper specs. Good to know when driving over 140mph. You can trust the work they do. More

Most Unprofessional Customer Service I've Ever Experienced My Fiancé purchased a brand new 2019 F-350 Super Duty truck a few months ago. Somehow there is a lot of water getting inside of it under the front pa My Fiancé purchased a brand new 2019 F-350 Super Duty truck a few months ago. Somehow there is a lot of water getting inside of it under the front passenger seat. He finally got an appointment to get the truck serviced which they said would take a week. He was agreeable to that as long as they can provide a large courtesy vehicle because he needs something to use for work while the truck is getting repaired. The appointment was today at 7:30 am so he asked a few days in advance if there is any way possible he can drop off the truck and pick up the courtesy vehicle the night prior because he is a contractor and needs to be at jobsite early. Of course, the response from the service department is that's not possible. He then reached out to the Sales rep he deals with as this is the 3rd truck he's purchased from Sayville Ford. The Sales Rep said they wouldn't budge on the night prior but he said that I could drop the truck off and pick up the courtesy vehicle in the morning no problem as long as I had a license and vehicle insurance which I provided proof of when I arrived. Guess what, I bring the truck in this morning and the Service Rep & Service Manager say NO I can't take the courtesy vehicle because I'm not on the actual F-350 insurance. Meanwhile we have a whole email confirming this would be fine. My fiancé gets on the phone with the Manager in front of myself and the rep in which the manager offers to get me a ride to work and tells my fiancé he can pick up the courtesy vehicle later. So we think everything is settled now after all of the aggravation. The Service Manager then rolls his eyes after he asks where I work which is about a 20 min drive which I said don't worry about it, I will take an Uber. Then the Service Rep comes back in and says he must pick up the courtesy vehicle no later than 2pm...What? He's working in the city and can't make it until 4-5pm and they say sorry we can't make any guarantees it will be here after 2pm. You can only assume that you would get decent customer service when you purchase a brand new vehicle for $65,000 and it has some kind of big leak. Unbelievable...they had zero interest in providing any type of customer service. More
