Received excellent assistance getting my RS5 serviced after a misfiring engine rendered it unusable and parts were damaged. Dimitra was insanely amazing, she worked exceptionally well at negotiating and after a misfiring engine rendered it unusable and parts were damaged. Dimitra was insanely amazing, she worked exceptionally well at negotiating and coordinating with the warranty company on my behalf getting much of the parts and service covered. It is very clear her work as well as the techs got me my car back in absolutely perfect shape in a very reasonable amount of time and cost. This was an insanely stressful event for me. To have my car break down needing so much service really racked my mind, but Dimitra kept me informed along the way of everything needing to be done and being done to fix my vehicle, especially when the technicians found additional work with my camshaft that was needed. I'm truly happy to have trusted the team at Audi Silver Spring with my vehicle. More

She communicated the process, answered my questions, and checked me in all while treating me like a valued customer. I love that she heard me and addressed my concerns all while reassuring me that I would be taken care of. The technology used is awesome and I was able to get a diagnostic video report fast. The service technician's communication was clear and I understood the situation. I was able to approve the service and get updates via text. I made the mistake of taking my car somewhere cheaper to get work done, but it was not worth it. The quality of care I received at Audi Silver Spring is well worth every dollar spent. I love my Q5 and my peace of mind which is why the only place I will take it to is Audi Silver Spring! More

A++ for excellent service rendered at this dealership. I live about 50+ miles away in Virginia but I think I will start coming to this dealership more often for all my service needs. I came in for a volun I live about 50+ miles away in Virginia but I think I will start coming to this dealership more often for all my service needs. I came in for a voluntary software update and they managed to get me in WITHIN an hour of when I called whereas the other dealerships closer to me wanted me to schedule appointments for other days further out. During the software updates, the vehicle decided to misbehave but the Technician, I believe his name is Ricardo, persistently tried every trick in the book until it finally worked after 3 days. I appreciate his persistence. I also really appreciate the Service Advisor, Dimitra, who kept me updated every single day at multiple times in the day through their Audi text message software. I also appreciate how she accurately relayed my concerns to the tech Ricardo who also took them into consideration despite also working with Audi Techline who were helping him as Dimitra told me. Overall, I'm very satisfied with the service as I know other Audi dealerships are NOT as communicate and ESPECIALLY PROMPT with updating customers at every stage of fixing an issue in my experience over the past 5 years of owning this car. I will definitely be coming back here for all my further services. Thank you again guys. More
