Saturday, I made an appt. online for Monday 2pm, explained in comments needed 4X4 solenoid looked at. Arrived on time, was told no one could look at until wed. was told to come back wed. between 715 and 730 and a mechanic would look at it Wed. arrived at 720am. now it obvious Im not on the appt. list. Dillion didnt put me on the list for wednesday, and so now he is scrabling and telling me hes doing me a favor in moving me up in the line, and it would be hours before anyone could look at it ?? he's indignant and says " well this is a busy shop". ok, isnt that what the online apppointment system is supposed to sort out ? very disappointing the lack of communication and customer service. The purpose of an appointment is so that BOTH parties can find a mutual time to conduct their business based on Both of their busy schedules. Customers time is apparently not as important at this Dealership. More

I had an appointment for my concern at 830am, the car was there all day and no one even looked at it. A say lost as it was the next workday before it was diagnosed. The third day the part was received and installed in a couple of hours. I had to pay for a rental car for 4 days as it occurred on a weekend and they were closed on Sunday. Even the oil change wasn't even done the first day my car was there. More
