When I purchased my Mazda, I didn’t want to pay the $3500 for maintenance. They had a Finance said they were due five years or 60,000 miles for like tire rotation and oil changes which is what we’ve always h for maintenance. When I got service, I had no idea they would charge me $93 for an oil change and tire rotation. I was even in the car business for three years, but I will never darken your doors because you guys have horrible communication skills More

I had my oil changed in the quick land service and when I got home I lifted my hood and they didn’t even put my oil cap back on. It was still wrapped in a rag on the front edge of my truck. I purchased an F150 from Laird Noller Lawrence back on March 8th. I'm an out-of-state buyer...flew in and drove it home. From the moment I got there I started seeing issues with the purchase. Small at March 8th. I'm an out-of-state buyer...flew in and drove it home. From the moment I got there I started seeing issues with the purchase. Small at first, and they made them right. However, there's one thing that they still haven't fixed and now they're ducking my calls. They still haven't marked the truck as sold with Ford. This affects the warranty start date as well as not obtaining the Ford Pass points I'm entitled to. I've called several times, talked with several sales managers, as well as left messages. I've reached out to Ford Corporate and still haven't been made whole. I'm ok with issues if they're made right. But I can't abide a failure to do your job. For these reasons, I do not recommend purchasing from Laird Noller Ford. More
