They deliver to me a loaner car 1hr away and take my car in for service, and then return it to me and drive the loaner back (and I dont have one of their high-end cars that puts me on some secret VIP list for them either). The sales is great, bought multiple cars from Ken Davis in sales. The service dept (service rep, Dillon Hastie) is great too, never up-selling you with non-sense stuff you don't need. Other dealers have always made servicing your car a dreaded experience; Not, here though, servicing your car here is always a pleasure. More
