I've worked with Rich Boyd at Concord Nissan 4 times now over about 10 years (I like current cars and have frequently changing needs). I started working with Concord Nissan with pretty low credit and never having owned a car and now I own 2, have cosigned on one, own a home and a business, and I owe a lot of that to them! More

Came in for service, check engine light was off. Following service the light was on, and I was told it would cost $100 to diagnose the issue. Creating a problem in a customer’s car and then expecting them to pay to fix it is dishonest and bad practice. I will never use this service center again. There are plenty of better shops in Concord. More

I had gone to 6 different dealerships prior to visiting Concord Nissan. One even being a Nissan dealership where no one even acknowledged my presence after being on the lot for about 15 minutes. Concor Concord Nissan. One even being a Nissan dealership where no one even acknowledged my presence after being on the lot for about 15 minutes. Concord Nissan was my “one last stop ana then we are done for the day” dealership. Boy, am I happy I stopped. I was greeted with a friendly smile, even behind the mask, by my Salesmen Rich Boyd. Rich took the time to listen to my needs and wants and spent the time with me, explaining everything about the different models I was looking at. We even discussed all buying options from pre-owned to loans. He was super knowledgeable about all of the features that the different models offered and helped me to narrow down exactly what was important to me and what I could live without and ultimately figuring out that I was looking for the 2020 Rogue. The dealership didn’t have the exact model that I was looking for so they immediately began a search around New England to see if they could find one at another dealership that they could trade for to get me what I wanted, constantly keeping me in the loop as the process went on. Once they found my vehicle, the purchase process began. Rich started the process off with some paperwork, then off to the Finance Dept. I went. They were great to deal with too, providing easy and uncomplicated explanations of all the documents. Before I left I was introduced to a Service Advisor and he helped me set up my free 30 day check up appointment for the vehicle. When I see commercials about dealerships bragging about great customer service I sometimes chuckle. Let me assure those that are reading my review...it 100% is engrained in your experience at Concord Nissan. They truly are customer oriented through every step. You’d be crazy to go anywhere else if customer service is important to you! More
