Bought a F-150 here. About 5 days later I get a call that I had only put $5k down instead of $6k. I had intended to put $5k down, but the signed paperwork said $6k. I must have missed it during the sales process and a dispute about the interest rate. I was told via phone to get us the $1,000 or bring the truck in by 5pm that day or they would report it stolen. After several hours of emails they backed down from the 5pm deadline and I ended up paying the extra $1,000. They never expressed any mutual fault and had a salesman falsely claim I had planned to come in the next day to pay the extra $1,000 due to a card limit. I was in the next day to drop off the title to my trade in, but no mention was made of the down payment discrepancy. Just a crazy way to do business. More

STAY CLEAR OF THIS PLACE. I'VE HAD MY CAR 5 MONTHS AND THE ECM MODULE WENT OUT. THEY'LL PRESSURE YOU INTO GETTING A CAR AND AFTER THAT, IF IT BREAKS DOWN YOU'RE SCREWED. THIS I'VE HAD MY CAR 5 MONTHS AND THE ECM MODULE WENT OUT. THEY'LL PRESSURE YOU INTO GETTING A CAR AND AFTER THAT, IF IT BREAKS DOWN YOU'RE SCREWED. THIS WAS THE WORSE DECISION I COULD HAVE MADE! ALSO, NOW THEY NEED $4200 DOWN PAYMENT TO GET INTO SOMETHING ELSE. THEY GAVE ME SOME xx THAT ANYTHING COULD HAPPEN AFTER 5 MONTHS. THEIR TECHS KNEW THE ECM WAS GOING OUT. NOT EVEN AN OFFER TO REPAIR IT AT A DISCOUNTED PRICE. I WOULD HAVE BEEN HAPPY WITH EVEN THAT! NOW MY FAMILY AND I ARE WITHOUT A VEHICLE. THIS WAS ONE OF THE WORST EXPERIENCES I'VE EVER ENCOUNTERED! I'VE RESPONDED TO THE GM'S REPLY. LET'S SEE IF I EVEN GET A CALL BACK WITH MORE xx! AS EXPECTED... NEVER HEARD ANYTHING BACK FROM JACOB DELANEY! COSTING ME NOW $2,200 TO GET THIS PIECE OF CRAP THEY SOLD ME FIXED. THIS HAS TO BE ONE OF THE WORST DEALERSHIPS I'VE DID BUSINESS WITH. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND COMMUNICATION! More
