Resolved my issues right away We bought a used 2014 Chevrolet Traverse that we are happy with but the service after the sale was been horrible. We left the dealership at 8:30 with a dirty interior and exterior and the gas light on. I called Diego on Monday and told him what happened and it was not until Thursday that he called me back and said he could not do anything and gave me the delivery manager's number. Joe was suppose to send me a gas card because I told him the detail is not as important as the gas that I had to put in it. I called the dealership and finally was able to talk to Joe and said I would be at the dealership at 10:30 Tuesday for a detail and gas card. I left at noon with dirty floor mats and no gas card. I went back inside and they said Joe was not around so here I am with no gas card and just drove 160 miles round trip for a cleaning that I could have gotten done for $7.00 at a carwash. More
